Do you ever feel like you have more thoughts in your mind then you can keep up with? I call it a busy mind.
As you listen to your thoughts, you feel a conscious presence—your deeper self—behind or underneath the thought, as it were. This is the beginning of the end of involuntary and compulsive thinking.
Try a little experiment: Close your eyes and say to yourself, “I wonder what my next thought is going to be.” Then become very alert and wait for the next thought. Be like a cat watching a mouse hole. What thought is going to come out of the mouse hole? Try it now.
When you listen to a thought, you are aware not only of the thought but also of yourself as the witness of the thought. A new dimension of consciousness has come in!
Let your mantra for today be:
I AM monitoring my thoughts and changing up to think good ones, no matter what is going on...And So It Is!!!
